Choosing a topic for me has always been the hardest when writing an essay or research paper. Whenever I have the option of writing about whatever I want I find myself changing my topic over and over again. I write three different papers all on different things which is very frustrating. In chapter 5 the author gives in my eyes a great way to avoid doing what I do. The different steps going through one after another slowly having more in depth thoughts about each one would be the easiest fix to all of my problems. It will still be hard for me though because generally I just put pen to paper and write about the first thing that comes to mind and trust in the "shitty first draft" idea.
